Our product
LiveOne account for Mail, Drive and Office - on infrastructure in Nepal.
A full email and productivity suite, built and operated by us. One Fuzon Account signs a person into Mail, Drive and Office through a dedicated accounts service, rather than a login bolted onto each app. Passkeys are supported, so an organisation can drop passwords entirely.
Organisations in Nepal that cannot put their correspondence on another continent - government, regulated industries, and businesses that simply want to know where their mail lives - have had little option but a foreign provider. This is the alternative, on a stack we assembled and hardware we operate.
Services
IaaS and managed hosting on infrastructure we operate: web and application deployment alongside AI/ML workloads, including GPU inference via Modal. Built from the base up rather than from a pre-made image.
Go on the backend, Next.js on the front. We write the whole stack, so there is nobody to hand a problem to when something in the middle of it breaks.
A self-hosted email platform for organisations that cannot put their correspondence on somebody else’s continent: SMBs, government, and regulated industries.
Model deployment and inference pipelines, put into production and kept running. Not a proof of concept in a notebook.

A temperature monitoring and fault control system for an industrial induction heating process. Real-time feedback integration, PID-based temperature regulation, and fault detection that identifies power and control signal failure, overheating, and abnormal operating conditions. System performance parameters were analysed to improve thermal stability, and operational safety was raised through automated alerts and diagnostic logging.

Key contributions
A research project aimed at improving the economic sustainability and livelihoods of small-scale fish farmers, by integrating aquaculture with efficient crop production and making better use of existing pond and fishery resources. The work covers design and development of the aquaponic systems, a germination pod and a deep-water float system, pre- and post-harvest handling and packaging, monitoring and data collection, and optimisation of the system as a whole.

Key contributions
A multi-provider video generation pipeline: generation routed across several model providers via fal.ai, GPU inference deployed on Modal for both text-to-speech and video generation, scene-level audio continuity planning, and upscaling as a pipeline stage.
